How Oahu MPO Is Modernizing Call for Projects & Prioritization Webinar

• Oahu MPO replaced a fragmented, spreadsheet-based project management and scoring process with EcoInteractive’s ProjectTracker as a single cloud-based system of record, significantly reducing staff time and error risk.
• The agency is developing the Oahu Decision Support System (ODSS) to use AI and modeling tools to automatically and objectively score LRTP and TIP projects, update scores as projects change, and display them in a transparent public dashboard.
• Managing and manually scoring more than 500 LRTP projects within tight federal deadlines would not have been feasible under the old Access-and-spreadsheet workflow; modernizing the process made that scale and speed achievable.
