SOVRA Recertified as an AEP® eProcurement Certified Platform for 2026
January 21, 2026SOVRA today announced that the National Procurement Institute, Inc. (NPI) has officially recertified the company as an AEP® eProcurement Certified platform for 2026. This recognition reaffirms that SOVRA continues to provide the modern, compliant, and transparent eProcurement capabilities required to support public sector excellence.
With this designation, users of the SOVRA platform can bypass the extensive eProcurement-related application requirements within the Achievement of Excellence in Procurement® (AEP®) Award. Agencies may instead confirm their use of certified eProcurement functionality through SOVRA, simplifying the submission process and supporting stronger compliance.
Meeting the Standards for Excellence in eProcurement
To qualify for AEP® eProcurement recertification, platforms must demonstrate that they support end-to-end digital procurement processes from sourcing through evaluation. SOVRA met all requirements across two key areas:
- Modern Electronic Sourcing
SOVRA’s sourcing functionality enables agencies to manage vendor registration, publish opportunities, issue automated notifications, collect digital responses, and share award documentation all within a single, accessible platform. - Digital Evaluation and Scoring Capabilities
SOVRA supports secure online evaluations, automated evaluator notifications and deadlines, and digital scorecards that consolidate comments, calculate scoring, and help agencies review and rank responses efficiently.
These capabilities ensure that public organizations using SOVRA’s technology meet the eProcurement criteria required for AEP® recognition.
“This recertification reflects our commitment to delivering trusted, compliant eProcurement capabilities that make the work of public agencies easier, more transparent, and more impactful,” said Jeannette Bruno, Customer Advocacy Director of SOVRA. “Procurement teams rely on SOVRA to help streamline processes and meet rigorous excellence standards. We’re honored to support their continued success as they serve their communities.”
